Let me start off by saying, I have a phobia of any dental treatment due to horrible experiences that started during my childhood. I started having tooth pain on Saturday 8/30 night and on Sunday morning, I submitted a request for an appointment. I got a call early afternoon to schedule for the next day (Monday) and went in. From the moment I entered, up to the moment I left, the team was absolutely amazing. The dental assistant was gentle and kind and the dentist had a wonderful bedside manner and she was very empathetic. She started me on antibiotics and scheduled me to come back today (at my request due to my work schedule, cuz she wanted to schedule me for yesterday). She described the other dentist as the Extraction King, and boy, was she right. He was absolutely amazing. I walked in to the office at 12:47pm, the receptionist assisted me promptly and was very informative. She was wonderful. I was called to the room at 12:52pm and was done by 1:02pm. Although it was quick, I didn't feel rushed. Dr Michael Aviel was absolutely amazing. He was gentle, quick, informative and caring. To start off, I need to say that I have a phobia of dental offices, due to many negative experiences stemming from my childhood into adulthood. But today's visit was an absolutely amazing experience. I reached out yesterday due to an urgent dental matter and got a call back the same day. Was scheduled for today (the next day) and I am so greatful for that. From the moment I walked in to leaving the office, I felt valued and cared for. I had to call back regarding medication and my call was taken by a wonderful employee who assisted me promptly and resolved the situation with ease. I have an appointment for extraction later this week, which I was dreading but now feel like I will be in great hands. Will update after that visit but I will definitely return to continue my care and recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you so much to the team that assisted me today.

My tooth suddenly broke today, on a Sunday. A huge piece of it too. I immediately walked over to this dentist practice and they were able to take me right away. I have extreme dental anxiety. It’s silly because I am typically not an anxious person in general. I needed a root canal and temporary crown. I just got home. I am happy to report that there was no pain at all during the procedure. I even feel better mentally having visited this practice. Better able to face dental visits in the future, knowing that there is nothing to be afraid of. No pain and a friendly staff and dentist. I actually feel like my dental anxiety may be cured and for me that is phenomenal. I will definitely happily return to this dentist again.

I can’t say enough about Mr. Ariel Michael. I’ve been coming here for a year, and his prompt and flexible scheduling is great. He is very accommodating, there’s no waiting, and he is straight to the point. I would recommend this dental office to anyone, especially Michael Aviel. The entire team, from the front staff to the hygienists, is great. I bring my entire family to him, including my wife and kids, and we are all very pleased with his mannerisms and attention to detail. Thank you so much for your dedication. One day 3 years ago I walked past there and by chance decided to check it out. Not to be dramatic, but it was one of the best spur of the moment decisions I’ve made. This dentist and his entire team are INCREDIBLE. The front desk, the staff, and the dentists are all fantastic. I very much appreciate their expertise and thoughtfulness. They encourage questions and answer those questions in such a smart and accessible way that I always walk away better informed. They are so thorough and provide such a high quality of care. True experts. I left a raving review when I first went 3 years ago and had to leave this updated review today after recommending this place to my parents and my friends for years. No one has ever had a mediocre experience and some have needed some very serious/extensive dental work. I’ve now moved out of state, but I’ve kept going to this dentist twice a year when I’m in town to see family. Friends who have also moved out of the immediate area continue to do the same.
